This is a key role in our marketing org and a genuine growth opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior marketing or channel leadership position as Circle Health scales. You'll report directly to one of the co-founders and work closely with them on priorities, performance, and growth strategy.
In this role, you will own Meta end-to-end — strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling. You'll be accountable for performance outcomes and work hands-on across campaign setup, creative testing, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a growth marketer, acts like a channel owner, and understands that great creative is a performance tool — not just a brand asset.
What you’ll do
- You'll report directly to one of the co-founders and work closely with them on priorities, performance, and growth strategy
- Own Meta end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling
- Define and run full-funnel campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and retention
- Hit performance goals across CAC, ROAS, and efficiency at scale
- Build and run a structured creative testing framework
- Brief, evaluate, and iterate on creative from a performance perspective
- Translate learnings into clear recommendations for the wider marketing team
- Stay ahead of platform changes and turn them into competitive advantages
- Collaborate with our Google Ads channel owner to align on strategy and share insights
- Expand your remit to other paid social platforms as the channel matures
